Gerber was a book that i really didn’t feel like reading in the first place. I recommend this to all business owners, entrepreneurs, and managers. I was told it was a must to read when you are a small business owner.
If you can relate (or want to make sure that doesn’t happen to you), this is the book for you. Learn to work on your business, not just in them. If you already have a business, my recommendation only gets stronger.

If you’re working around the clock with little to no benefit from your business, this is the book for you.
I don’t think you’ll enjoy it but there are some key lessons. This book is a classic that has sold over 2 million copies since first published in the 1980s. Let’s start with the positives.

Bringing this year of writing book reviews to a close, i realized that i wouldn’t feel right if i didn’t touch on one of the most influential volumes i’ve read since 2007. But in a lot more of a storytelling manner. It gives me a lot of advice for developing systems and processes in business.
